FCC<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Federal Communications Commission \u2013 responsible for approving communication devices such as radio, television, wireless network devices and satellite communication devices for use in the United States. .<\/p>\n

The FCC has created criteria that determine the possibility of marking the FCC product and registration as an approved product.<\/p>\n

All radio devices are divided into the following groups:<\/p>\n

A: Unlicensed radio devices, incl:<\/p>\n

A1: Low power transmitters operating at frequencies below 1 GHz (except for scattering spectrum devices), alarm systems, devices emitting radio waves unintentionally (eg personal computers and associated peripherals and TV interface devices) and consumer ISM devices subject to certification (eg microwave ovens, RF lighting and other consumer ISM devices).<\/p>\n

A2: Low power transmitters operating at frequencies above 1 GHz, except for scattered spectrum devices.<\/p>\n

A4: Unlicensed national information infrastructure (UNII) devices and low power transmitters using distributed spectrum techniques.<\/p>\n

B: Licensed radio equipment.<\/p>\n

B1: Commercial mobile services in 47 CFR Parts 20, 22 (cellular), 24, 25 and 27.<\/p>\n

B2: General mobile radio services in 47 CFR parts 22 (non-cellular), 73, 74, 90, 95 and 97.<\/p>\n

ICR Poland, through the ICR laboratory, enables testing and subsequent certification, culminating in the award of FCC Grant<\/strong> for products required when placing them on the U.S. market.<\/p>\n

We also provide support for manufacturers during registration in the FCC system.<\/p>\n

ISED<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The Directorate of Regulatory Standards (DRS) of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada develops technical standards, regulations and procedures for radio, terminal and interference-causing equipment in Canada.<\/p>\n

ICR Poland, through the ICR laboratory, enables testing and then certification:<\/p>\n

\u2013 radio equipment according to RSS-xxx specifications<\/p>\n

\u2013 equipment causing interference according to ICES-xxx specifications<\/p>\n

the purpose of labelling them IC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We also offer safety testing of electronic products, industrial machinery, and explosion-proof products in accordance with requirements. UL<\/strong> (U.S.) and CSA<\/strong> (Canada) in conjunction with audits at manufacturers.<\/p>\n
