What is ISO 9001?

ISO 9001 is a family of standards established by ISO (International Organization for Standardization), which relate to quality management systems and are designed to help organizations to meet the needs of customers and other interested parties .

ISO 9001 is a certification system by veryfing (auditing) that the organization's quality management system complies with the ISO 9001 standard. The standard can cover all industrial sectors, not only for production, construction and services, but also for public services such as schools.
